What is the difference between the Free Starter Plan and the Professional Plan?
The Free Starter Plan is designed to help you see how easy it is to connect to and import from one Jira Project and start Projecting.
Once you get the hang of it, upgrade to the Professional Plan to unlock advanced scenario building, two-way sync with Jira, snapshot and export support, and multi-Projector and multi-Team collaboration!
You can only have one plan active at a time (Starter or Professional). When you upgrade to Professional, your Starter Plan automatically cancels.
How do I add more Projectors when on the Professional Plan?
You can increment your quota on the Organization Management page. Click the + to increase or the – to decrease your quota.
Note that increasing and decreasing your quota affect your Subscription costs, so please do so thoughtfully.
What is the Professional Plan “quota” and how do I manage it?
The quota represents how many Projectors you are entitled to create. This number should reflect how many Projects you intend to create Projectors for in your Organization.

How do I manage the billing for my Subscriptions?
You can manage your Subscriptions on the Organization Management page, including which Plan you choose and the Projector quota you need.
To view and edit billing information, click the Manage Billing button on the Organization Management page.
