Manage Organizations

What is an Organization?

An Organization is a way to group individuals together to collaborate in The Agile Projector. Everyone in an Organization can see all the Projections constructed by all the Organization’s members.

What is the difference between an Admin and a Member?

An Admin is a Member who also has the power to invite, remove, change roles and manage subscriptions, including payment methods.

Who should create an Organization?

Anyone can create an Organization and their role can be changed to Member or Admin at any time by another Admin.

The important thing is to coordinate in your company who should be managing Subscriptions, Billing and Organization Membership, and ensure they have the Admin role.

Who should belong to an Organization?

Any Member of an Organization can create and configure a Projector, and view all of the Organization’s Projections. Generally speaking, those who manage the Project or the Project team will get the most out of joining, while anyone who wants or needs to have visibility would also benefit from joining.

When should a company have more than one Organization?

At some point, you may find the number of Projections in an Organization to be unwieldy to view and coordinate. Typically, in a larger enterprise, each product department might have their own Organization, where cross-Project dependencies are more likely and need closer coordination.

Note: Subscriptions are tied to Organizations so each Organization is conveniently and naturally billed separately

What does it cost to add someone to an Organization?

Organization member seats are free. You are only billed on your purchased quota of Projectors.
